2. Nature of Incident and Crime Information
Information displayed on the System may include recorded or reported incidents, incident types, dates, barangays or locations, classifications, statistical counts, and related analytical information.
The presence of an incident on the System does not establish that a person is guilty of a crime.
An incident record may represent a reported, recorded, encoded, or otherwise documented occurrence and should not be interpreted as a final judicial determination.
All persons are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in accordance with applicable law.
3. Crime Mapping Information
The crime map is provided primarily for public information, situational awareness, statistical visualization, and general understanding of incident distribution.
Mapped locations may represent an approximate area, barangay, or administrative location associated with an incident. A map marker should not automatically be interpreted as the exact location where an offense occurred or where a person resides.
The System should not be used to identify, target, harass, threaten, or discriminate against individuals associated with a reported incident.

The System may display crime counts, monthly trends, barangay distributions, leading incident types, and other statistical summaries.
These statistics are based on records available to the System at the time of display and may change as records are added, corrected, updated, reclassified, or removed.
